Wuxi Technology Researching and Electronics Machinery Co.,Ltd(WTR) is a foreign invested joint venture established by Japan Utsunomiya Rashi company(URK),YUTAKA company and SHIBUKAWAKUWANO company at January 2003.  located in High-Tech Development Zone.Wuxi,Jiangsu,China.  The total investment is US $1700000.  In September 2014,Utsunomiya Rashi company(URK) have bought all of the shares of other two companies,and increased the capital to  US $2450000.  In April 2013,Suzhou Utsunomiya Rashi Trading Co.,Ltd(SUR) is formed. 

        WTR's main products are relay core, special specification screw nut and various hardware parts.

        WTR has obtained ISO9001 certification in 2005, ISO14001 certification in 2006, IATF16949 certification in 2020.
